Processing Time

We typically complete the production, inspection, packaging, and dispatch of your order within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Fees & Carriers

All orders currently enjoy free standard shipping by default.

We will select the most suitable carrier based on your delivery address, which may include DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, or YunExpress.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time starts once the package has been shipped (excluding processing time):

  • United States, Canada, Australia: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

We appreciate your understanding if delays occur due to force majeure factors such as destination country policies, customs clearance procedures, or weather conditions.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier information and tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if the item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the investigation result and your order status.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
