Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
For customized or personalized items, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet started.

Once an order has been shipped, or a customized item has entered production after 24 hours, it cannot be canceled.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and kept in its original packaging without affecting resale condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

We will provide the correct return address and instructions to ensure a smooth process.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

If your refund has not arrived after the processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank for further details.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost, and no return fee will be charged.

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Customers in the EU, UK, and other regions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.
